Spaghetti has been a staple in households around the world forever. The acidic tomato sauce, gooey cheese, and perfectly cooked spaghetti is fun to slurp up, dip your garlic bread into, pair perfectly with the salad, and just an all-around easy and delicious meal.
Cowboy Spaghetti is not the recipe your grandmother cooked when you were a child. It has such intense flavor additives you might want to grab a glass of ice water if you can’t handle the heat.
This Cowboy Spaghetti is baked with crispy maple bacon, sliced pickled jalapenos, and pepper jack cheese bring the heat. Acid tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce cut the heat and all flavors are balanced once the marinade is in the oven together.
Sirlion Steak is the ideal cut of meat for grilling and brings immense flavor. It holds those savory juices inside so you get a perfect bite every time. Make sure to check the internal temperature of the steak while cooking in the oven to your preferred level of doneness.
What should I serve with this Cowboy Spaghetti?
We recommend your traditional sides; salad, or garlic bread for dipping. A salad will cut the spice and heat from your main dish to cleanse the pallet for more. Garlic bread goes hand in hand with spaghetti as the garlic flavors pair so well with the acidic taste of the sauce. The salad is totally up to your preference. If you want to stick with the “Cowboy Theme” then maybe a salad with corn, tortilla strips, and avocado dressing.
