This recipe is very easy to prepare, it is quick to make and it has some unique flavors that your whole family will love.

Cincinnati Chili

Prep: 10 min | Cook: 28 min | Serves: 6

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Beef Chuck

½ White Or Yellow Onion; Minced

3 tps Chili Powder

1 tps Cayenne Pepper

3 tps Cumin

1 Tsp Cinnamon (Optional)

1 cup Beef Broth

2 tsps Salt

1 Tsp Black Pepper (Ground)

1 can (15 Ounces) Tomato Sauce

4 cups Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)

1/2 Red Onion (Diced)

1 lb Spaghetti Noodles

Instructions:

Step 1. Boil pasta as directed on package.

Step 2. In a medium stockpot (8qt), add in ground beef and onion. Bring to a medium heat and fry for about 8 minutes.

Step 3. Add in the cumin, cayenne pepper, chili powder, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and fry for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 4. Add tomato sauce and one cup of beef broth; stir well. Lower heat to a medium-low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes until you reach the thickness you prefer.

Step 5. Top over spaghetti noodles with add cheese and red onion.
