Can You Make Them Ahead?
Yes, you can make them in advance since they need to cool down before serving anyway.
Storage Instructions:
Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature and eat within 5 days for the best result. You can keep them refrigerated if you prefer or if the kitchen is hot. M&Ms might “melt in your mouth, not in your hand”, as the advertisement goes, but the cookies will stay fresher if you pop them in the fridge if the kitchen is very warm.
Variations and Substitutions:
Add other things to these if you want, such as chocolate chips or green and red sprinkles.
