Ingredients for the Crust:
1-9 inch Premade Chocolate Pie Shell
Filling:
1 Package Cream Cheese (Room Temp)
¾ cup Powdered Sugar
⅔ cup Peanut Butter (Creamy)
2 cup Vanilla Ice Cream (Packed)
Topping:
2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
¼ cup Cocoa Powder (Heaping)
⅓ cup Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Garnish:
½ cup Hershey Chocolate Sauce
¼ cup Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Step 1. Remove the ice cream from the freezer.
Step 2. Set aside for about 30 minutes. Place the mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer to chill.
Crust:
Step 1. Remove wrapping from piecrust and set aside.
Filling:
Step 1. Add cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy.
Step 2. Add in the peanut butter. Continue to beat until the filling is smooth. Reduce the speed to low.
Step 3. Add the ice cream, beating until creamy. Scoop the filling into the pie crust.
Step 4. Even the filling with a rubber spatula. Cover with plastic wrap.
Step 5. Press the plastic wrap down to fit the pie filling. Put in the freezer for 6-8 hours.
Topping:
Step 1. Once the bowl and beaters are chilled add the whipping cream, cocoa powder, powdered sugar,and vanilla extract. Whip for 4-5 minutes or until stiff peaks start to form.
