Ingredients:
18 Jumbo Pasta Shells Cooked
10 oz. Shredded Chicken
2 ¼ cup Marinara Sauce (Divided)
3 oz. 2% Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
1 cup Fat-Free Ricotta Cheese
2 oz. Shredded Parmesan
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Breadcrumbs
Instructions:
Step 1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees, and place ½ cup of the pasta sauce into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
Step 2. In a bowl, mix together 1 oz. of the mozzarella, 1 oz of Parmesan, the ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3. Stir in the chicken and ½ cup of pasta sauce. Stuff the shells with the chicken and cheese mixture.
Step 4. Place the stuffed shells in the baking dish, and top with the remaining sauce and cheeses.
Step 5. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for 30 minutes.
