Chicken Burrito Bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts boiled and shredded
  • 2 limes freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tablespoon cumin
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 small sweet onion, finely diced
  • 1 can black beans drained
  • 1/4 cup jalapenos optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, fresh lime juice, cumin, and enough salt to lend good flavor to the meat. Toss with all other ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate and allow the lime juice flavors to marinate in the chicken. Delish!
