Preheat the oven to 375 ° F and use 2 tablespoons of the butter to grease a 13×9-inch baking dish.

Storage Instructions:

Tightly wrap them and keep them refrigerated. The cheesecake rolls will keep for up to 3 days. They will freeze but that changes the texture of the cream cheese.
