Cajun Butter Steak Bites with Mushrooms

The gorgeous steak recipe is made with beef tenderloin and mushrooms. It’s flavored with Creole seasoning, paprika, onion powder, and also has butter. It’s a low carb dish but even if you aren’t avoiding carbs, this is so tasty you are going to love it.

You can serve it with whatever you want, such as vegetables, pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice. Creole seasoning varies slightly from brand to brand, but you can just use your favorite kind.

This type of seasoning typically includes paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, thyme, oregano, and basil, so if you don’t have any Creole seasoning you can also use these ingredients to make your own. The recipe is cooked in the air fryer which is handy and a speedy way of cooking it.

This is best if you marinate the beef and mushrooms for half an hour before cooking, to get all those amazing flavors in there.

  • Creole seasoning
  • Oil
  • Mushrooms

How to make Cajun Butter Steak Bites with Mushrooms:

Whisk all the spices together.

Cut the meat into 1½-inch x 1-inch pieces.

Mix the meat with the mushrooms, seasoning mix, and 2½ tablespoons of oil.

Cover and marinate for 30 – 90 minutes.

Air-fry in 2 batches for 8 minutes at 400°F, or until done to your liking.

Toss with butter, then season with salt or Creole seasoning if needed.
