For the Steak:
- Strip steak or ribeye
- Soy sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- Olive oil
- Cajun seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Butter
- Minced garlic cloves
- Brown sugar
- Hot sauce (or to taste)
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

For the Pasta:
- Penne pasta
- Salt
- Olive oil
For the Chicken:
- Chicken breast
- Cajun seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Olive oil
For the Shrimp:
- Shrimp
- Cajun seasoning
- Olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Alfredo Sauce:
- Heavy cream
- Butter
- Cream cheese at room temperature
- Shredded parmesan cheese
- Cajun seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

How to make Cajun Shrimp Chicken and Steak Alfredo Pasta:
For the Steak:
Step 1. Cut the meat into 1-inch cubes and put them in a Ziploc bag.
Step 2. Whisk together ½ cup of the olive oil with the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, sugar, and black pepper.
Step 3. Pour this marinade into the Ziploc bag with the meat.

Step 4. Seal and allow to marinate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
For the Chicken:
Step 1. Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt and black pepper.
Step 2. Sauté in hot oil in a skillet until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle.

Step 3. Set the chicken aside.
For the Pasta:
Step 1. Fill a pot with water and add 1 tablespoon olive oil and ½ teaspoon salt.
Step 2. Bring the water to a boil then add the pasta and cook until al dente, following the instructions on the package.
Step 3. Drain and set the noodles aside.

For the Shrimp:
Step 1. Toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and Cajun seasoning.

Step 2. Sauté the shrimp in the same skillet you cooked the chicken in, adding more oil if needed.

Step 3. Set the cooked shrimp aside.
For the Steak:
Step 1. Once the steak has reached room temperature, take it out of the marinade.
Step 2. Discard the marinade and sauté the steak in the same skillet as before, in one layer.
Step 3. Cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 4. Mix in the butter, red pepper flakes and garlic, and cook 2 minutes more.
Step 5. Set the steak aside.

For the Alfredo Sauce:
Step 1. In the same skillet you cooked the meat in, melt the butter for the sauce.

Step 2. Stir in the cream cheese, then add the cream and seasonings, and bring to a boil.

Step 3. Tun the heat down and simmer the alfredo sauce for about 8 minutes or until thick.

Step 4. Turn off the heat, mix the parmesan into the sauce, and adjust the seasonings if necessary.
Step 5. Add the cooked penne pasta and then mix in the steak, chicken and shrimp, and serve hot.
