Method
For the Steak:
- Cut the meat into 1-inch cubes and put them in a Ziploc bag.
- Whisk together ½ cup of the olive oil with the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, sugar, and black pepper.
- Pour this marinade into the Ziploc bag with the meat.
- Seal and allow to marinate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
For the Chicken:
- Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt and black pepper.
- Sauté in hot oil in a skillet until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
- Set the chicken aside.
For the Pasta:
- Fill a pot with water and add 1 tablespoon olive oil and ½ teaspoon salt.
- Bring the water to a boil then add the pasta and cook until al dente, following the instructions on the package.
- Drain and set the noodles aside.
For the Shrimp:
- Toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
- Sauté the shrimp in the same skillet you cooked the chicken in, adding more oil if needed.
- Set the cooked shrimp aside.
For the Steak:
- Once the steak has reached room temperature, take it out of the marinade.
- Discard the marinade and sauté the steak in the same skillet as before, in one layer.
- Cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix in the butter, red pepper flakes and garlic, and cook 2 minutes more.
- Set the steak aside.
For the Alfredo Sauce:
- In the same skillet you cooked the meat in, melt the butter for the sauce.
- Stir in the cream cheese, then add the cream and seasonings, and bring to a boil.
- Tun the heat down and simmer the alfredo sauce for about 8 minutes or until thick.
- Turn off the heat, mix the parmesan into the sauce, and adjust the seasonings if necessary.
- Add the cooked penne pasta and then mix in the steak, chicken and shrimp, and serve hot.
