Ingredients:
2 cup Powdered Sugar
3 ½ cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
5 (1.9 oz) Butterfinger Bars (Crushed)
1 ¼ cup Sweet Cream Butter (Melted)
1 ½ cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
2 Bags (10 Oz Each) Ghiradelli Milk Chocolate Melting Wafers
Garnish:
1 Butterfinger Bar (Crushed)
Directions:
Step 1. Combine powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, Butterfinger bits, melted butter, and crunchy peanut butter.
Step 2. Use a #60 cookie scoop (1 tablespoon ) to form 1 inch balls.
Step 3. Put the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. (If not firm enough return to the refrigerator for an additional 10 minutes)
Step 4. Melt the chocolate wafers following the directions on the back of the package.
Step 5. Dip the entire ball into the melted chocolate.
Step 6. Transfer the ball to a parchment paper lined cookie sheet,
Step 7. Before the chocolate hardens, sprinkle the crushed Butterfinger bits on top.
Step 8. Any extras can be stored in an airtight container.
