Ingredients:
1 tbsp. Butter
2 tsp. Olive Oil
8 cup Cauliflower Florets
½ cup Onion Chopped
3 tbsp. Flour
¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
2 cup Fat Free Milk
2 cup Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Instructions:
Step 1. Steam the cauliflower until it is a crisp tender and then preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2. Add the butter and olive oil to a skillet over medium heat, and saute the onions until tender.
Step 3. Mix in the flour, and saute another minute.
Step 4. Stir in the garlic powder, and slowly add the milk a little at a time.
Step 5. Saute until the sauce has thickened, and then stir in the cheese until melted.
Step 6. Mix in the steamed cauliflower.
Step 7. Add the mixture to a well greased 9×13 baking dish, and bake for 20 minutes.
