A parfait, if the term is new to you, is a layered dessert and common parfait ingredients include ice cream, fruit, pudding, whipped cream, and yogurt, although of course these easy parfait recipes vary a lot.
And this one has a special ingredient to make it extra-tempting. That secret ingredient is none other than Bailey’s – that Irish Cream liqueur we all know and love. But Bailey’s isn’t just for sipping, you know. It also makes an indulgent ingredient in anything from pudding to cookies, cakes and cheesecakes.
They’re best served in clear glasses so those rich chocolate and mint colored layers can be seen and appreciated.
Why You’ll Love the Recipe:
These cute little minty chocolate parfaits blend the wonderful taste of mint with the perfect flavor of chocolate and then you have whipped cream layered in there as well, making these an indulgent and flavor-packed dessert option.

Can You Make It Ahead?
Yes, you can make chocolate parfaits in advance. Once you’ve prepared them, cover with plastic wrap and chill until serving. It’s best not to add the chocolate chip topping until serving so the crumbles stay crisp.
These will keep, covered and refrigerated, for up to 3 days.
Variations and Substitutions:
If you don’t have piping bags, you can use Ziploc bags to pipe the mixtures, snipping off the ends first.
