Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking dish with pam baking spray
- Using a standing mixer, beat the cake mixes, oil, milk and eggs until combined and smooth
- Pour the cake batter into the baking dish and bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Allow the cake to cool for 20 minutes before poking holes all over the cake
- Using a blender, combine the cut strawberries, milk, condensed milk and evaporated milk and blend until smooth
- Pour over the cake, making sure to get the milk into the holes on the cake Place into the fridge overnight
- Using a cold standing mixer bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form
- Scoop 1 C whipping cream into the piping bag
- Spread remaining whipped cream onto the cake and pipe dollops of whipped cream on the top of the cake
- Place the sliced strawberries on the whipped cream dollops
