Strawberry Milk Cake

Ingredients

Strawberry Milk Cake
  • Vanilla cake boxes
  • Canola oil
    Eggs
  • Whole milk

Strawberry milk mixture

  • Sliced strawberries
  • Whole milk
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Evaporated milk

Whipped cream

  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Powdered sugar
  • Pure vanilla extract
  • Fresh strawberries cut in half to decorate
  • Medium piping back with star tip

How to make Strawberry Milk Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×13 baking dish with pam baking spray

Using a standing mixer, beat the cake mixes, oil, milk and eggs until combined and smooth

Mix together till smooth

Pour the cake batter into the baking dish and bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

Allow the cake to cool for 20 minutes before poking holes all over the cake

Using a blender, combine the cut strawberries, milk, condensed milk and evaporated milk and blend until smooth

Pour over the cake, making sure to get the milk into the holes on the cake Place into the fridge overnight

Using a cold standing mixer bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form

Scoop 1 C whipping cream into the piping bag

Spread remaining whipped cream onto the cake and pipe dollops of whipped cream on the top of the cake

Place the sliced strawberries on the whipped cream dollops
