Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 Turkey Wings
  • 1 tbsp. Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. Paprika
  • 3 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp. Celery Salt
  • 1 Onion Sliced
  • 1 Bell Pepper Sliced
Gravy:
  • Drippings From The Pan Of Turkey Wings
  • 3 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • ½ cup Flour
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place the turkey wings into a large bowl, and add the cajun seasoning, poultry seasoning, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and celery salt. Toss to combine well.
  3. Layer the turkey legs on a baking sheet and cover with the peppers and onions.
  4. Cover the baking sheet tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the turkey wings and drain the drippings from the pan, return the pan to the oven while you prepare the gravy.
  6. Add the drippings to a skillet over medium high heat. Stir in the flour and saute for a minute.
  7. Whisk in the broth slowly, and then stir in the garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Cook until the gravy thickens.
  9. Spoon the gravy over the wings and return to the oven uncovered for 30 minutes.
