Cut the top off the pineapple and using a pineapple corer, remove the inside of the pineapple and cut the slices
Cut each slice into bite-size pieces
Place the cut pineapple pieces onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper in the freezer overnight
Using a food processor or blender, blend the pineapple, peeled orange, orange zest, and orange juice until liquid like
Pour into a loaf pan and cover with plastic wrap
Place into the freezer overnight
Using an ice cream scooper, scoop out some sorbet into a bowl and enjoy!
