Pecan Pie Bark

This easy pecan pie bark recipe is well worth making, or at least bookmarking for a future special event. It’s easy to make and comes out so sweet, crunchy, and perfect. One piece is never enough - yes it really is that good!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 C. Brown sugar
  • 13 Graham crackers
  • 2 C. Pecan halves chopped
  • 1 C. Butter
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • ¼ tsp. Salt

Method
 

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with tin foil, and grease the foil well.
  3. Spread the graham crackers out in a single layer on the foil lined baking sheet.
  4. Place the butter, brown sugar, salt and pecans into a pot on the stove over medium heat. Boil for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in the vanilla, and pour the mixture over the graham crackers quickly.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool to room temperature before breaking into pieces to serve.
