Bark is a great dish to serve at Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, or any other special occasion. It’s called bark because it’s supposed to be rough and uneven like the bark on a tree. Pecan pie bark is a delicious combination of sugar, graham crackers, pecans, butter, vanilla, and salt.

It boasts a similar flavor to pecan pie but is a bark, so you can break it into pieces instead of cutting anything into slices.
