How to make Pecan Pie Bark:
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with tin foil, and grease the foil well.
Spread the graham crackers out in a single layer on the foil lined baking sheet.
Place the butter, brown sugar, salt and pecans into a pot on the stove over medium heat. Boil for 2 minutes.
Stir in the vanilla, and pour the mixture over the graham crackers quickly.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool to room temperature before breaking into pieces to serve.
