Method
- Add the water, corn syrup, sugar, and butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Heat until boiling, and then continue to cook until the temperature reaches 300 degrees, about 10 minutes.
- Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the baking soda, and then the nuts.
- Spread the mixture immediately onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Allow the mixture to cool until hardened.
- Break into pieces and serve.
