Ingredients
  

Crust:
  • 1- 9 Inch Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Filling:
  • ½ cup Cream Cheese Room Temp
  • cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup Dark Brown Sugar Packed
  • ½ cup Cool Whip
Chocolate Whipped Cream:
  • 2 cup Heavy Whip Cream
  • ¾ cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • Large Piping
  • Bag Large
  • Star Tip

Method
 

  1. Add cream cheese, peanut butter, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl.
  2. With an electric mixer, beat the ingredients until smooth. Add in Cool Whip. Use a rubber spatula to fold in and blend all of the ingredients.
  3. Scoop the filling into the piecrust.
  4. With an offset spatula smooth out the filling. Return the pie to the refrigerator.
Whipped Cream:
  1. Add the ingredients in a medium bowl. Use a hand mixer to combine all ingredients until the mixture is smooth and forms stiff peaks.
  2. Scoop the whipping cream in a piping bag with a large star tip. Pipe the chocolate whipping cream all over the pie.
  3. Return to the refrigerator until ready to serve.
