Method
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet and drain off the excess grease.
- Add the peppers and onions and cook for 4 minutes.
- Mix in the taco seasoning.
- Combine the Rotel tomatoes and cheese sauce.
- Spoon a layer of this mixture down the middle of each tortilla.
- Top with some of the beef mixture.
- Next, add the sour cream, lettuce and crushed chips.
- Fold up the sides and then roll the wraps up.
- Heat a large skillet and cook the wraps in there until they’re crispy all over.
