MOM'S BEST Taco Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Packet taco seasoning
  • 1 C. Shredded cheese
  • 1 Bag shredded lettuce
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 1 Cucumber chopped
  • Salsa and Sour cream for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat the ground beef and onion over medium-high heat on the stove. Saute until the onions are soft and meat is browned. Drain the extra fat. 
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning, and saute another 3-4 minutes. 
  3. Add shredded lettuce to serving bowls. 
  4. Top with the cucumber, tomato, and meat mixture. 
  5. Sprinkle on the cheese and garnish with salsa or sour cream before serving.
  6. Enjoy!
