Method
- Heat the ground beef and onion over medium-high heat on the stove. Saute until the onions are soft and meat is browned. Drain the extra fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, and saute another 3-4 minutes.
- Add shredded lettuce to serving bowls.
- Top with the cucumber, tomato, and meat mixture.
- Sprinkle on the cheese and garnish with salsa or sour cream before serving.
