Method
- Heat the olive and sesame oils in a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove.
- Add the ground sausage to the skillet, and saute until completely browned.
- Place the minced garlic and ginger paste in the skillet, and saute for another 30 seconds.
- To the skillet, add the coleslaw mix and the bean sprouts in the skillet along with the soy sauce. Reduce the heat to medium and cook until the coleslaw mix has softened to your liking.
- Serve with chopped green onions for garnish if desired.
