Method
- Grease the inside of a mug.
- Add the coconut flour, almond flour and baking powder. Mix with a fork to combine.
- In a small bowl, mix together the oil and beaten egg.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients in the mug, and mix to combine completely.
- Microwave for 60-90 seconds until cooked through.
- Tip the mug over and dump out the bread.
- Cut the bread into slices and toast if desired.
