Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Layer first the chicken and then the cubed ham in the bottom of a 9x9 baking dish.
Place the cream cheese, dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, lemon juice and heavy whipping cream into a mixing bowl and beat on high until smooth and combined.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of the meat in the baking dish.
Top the casserole with the Swiss cheese slices and bake for 30-40 minutes until browned and bubbly. You can broil the casserole for a minute or two at the end to get the cheese browned and toasty if you desire.
Top with freshly chopped parsley before serving if you wish.
