Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients for the brownies, and mix well.
- Add the wet ingredients for the brownies, and beat on high until a thick batter has formed.
- Place the batter in an even layer in the bottom of a 9x9 baking dish that has been
well greased. - In another mixing bowl, blend the ingredients for the cheesecake mixture until well
combined and creamy. - Place dalops of the cream cheese mixture over the top of the brownie layer, and swirl together slightly.
- Bake the brownies for 25-30 minutes until cooked through but still fudgy in texture.
