Roll the dough out into a 9x13 rectangular shape.
Brush the dough with the olive oil, leaving a bit of empty space at the edges all of the way around the rectangle.
Top the dough with the garlic, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese.
Layer the provolone cheese, ham, mozzarella and then Italian cured deli meats into the center of the dough.
Fold the dough edges up over the filling, and then fold the short ends up, and pinch closed.
Place the stromboli seam side down into a well greased baking dish, and brush with the beaten egg
Bake in a preheated 425°F oven for 20 minutes oruntil golden.
