Method
- Heat a deep fryer to 350 degrees.
- Season the chicken wings with the paprika, garlic powder and salt to taste.
- Add the garlic and butter to a pot on the stove, and cook until the butter is melted.
- Add in the hot sauce, soy sauce and peach preserves. Cook for 5 minutes, or until thickened into a syrup.
- Deep fry the wings for 12-15 minutes in batches if needed.
- Drain the wings on a paper towel lined plate.
- Toss the wings in the sauce and serve.
