Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a light coat of nonstick baking spray on a 9 x 13 inch baking dish
Mix together the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Set aside. Put diced chicken and broccoli in a large bowl.
In a small bowl stir the two cans of soup, milk, and lemon juice. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and broccoli. Stir to mix.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Work the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
Evenly sprinkle shredded cheese over the contents in the baking dish. Top with the bread crumb and parmesan cheese.
Spray a light coat of baking spray over the casserole. Place the baking dish(uncovered) in the oven.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. (The casserole will be bubbly.)
Individual servings are ⅙ th of the casserole.
