Method
- Heat the oil in a skillet with deep sides over medium high heat on the stove.
- Rub the ribs with apple cider vinegar and then rinse.
- Rub the ribs with lemon juice and rinse. Pat the ribs dry.
- Season all sides of the ribs with pepper, garlic powder and other seasonings of your choosing.
- Coat the outside of the ribs in flour.
- Fry the ribs in the prepared oil for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
