Ingredients
  

  • 1 Jar Dill Pickle Chips
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Chicken Broth
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • Oil For Frying

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix together the egg, flour, chicken broth and salt and pepper to taste until smooth. The mixture should resemble a thick pancake batter. If it is too thick, add in some more chicken broth. If it is too thin, add in additional flour.
  2. Heat a few inches of oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove until the temperature reaches 350 degrees.
  3. Dip the pickle slices into the batter, and then place into the heated oil. Cook for 3-5 minutes evenly on both sides until golden brown.
  4. Drain on a paper towel lined plate and then serve.
