Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Unroll the crescent dough, and press it into the bottom and up the sides of a 9x13 baking dish that is well greased.
Brown the beef completely in a skillet over medium high heat, and drain the excess fat.
Reduce the heat to medium low, and stir in the taco seasoning. Saute another few minutes.
Heat the refried beans in a bowl in the microwave, and spread them over the dough in the casserole dish.
Top the beans with the meat. Bake for 25 minutes
Add the cheese, tomato and black olives, and bake another 5 minutes.
Garnish with green onions before serving.
