Method
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper on each individual chicken breast.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts.
- In the crockpot add the gravy packets, cream of chicken soup, and water.
- Using a whisk, blend these together.
- Carefully add the seasoned chicken breasts to the crockpot.
- Cover the chicken breasts with the gravy.
- Place the lid on the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred the cooked chicken breasts in the gravy. Stir in the sour cream,
- Serve over mashed potatoes.
