Crock pot Mac and Cheese

Mac and cheese recipes vary but this is one of the simplest ones as well as one of the most tasty. The slow cooking process means this comes out full-flavored and delicious. The onion powder, mustard and 2 types of cheese help make it really special, and the chicken soup and sour cream are amazing in this too.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ C. Mayonnaise
  • 2 C. Uncooked elbow macaroni
  • ½ C. Sour cream
  • 1 Can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp. Onion powder
  • 3 C. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp. Dry mustard powder
  • 1 C. Shredded gruyere cheese
  • ½ tsp. Black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook the noodles to al dente in a pot of boiling water, and drain well.
  2. Spread the noodles into the bottom of a crockpot, and add all of the remaining ingredients into the Crockpot as well.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Cook on high for 2 hours.
  5. Stir well to combine before serving.
