Add the pasta to boiling water, and cook according to the package instructions.
Place the sausage into a skillet over medium high heat, and cook until browned. Drain the excess fat. Set aside for later.
Place the broth, garlic powder, heavy whipping cream, Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese into a pot over medium heat.
Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Stir in the spinach and tomatoes, and continue to simmer until the spinach is wilted.
Place the sausage and pasta in the pot with the sauce, and stir to combine well.
Serve immediately.
