  • 2 tbsp. Milk
  • 1 ½ tsp. Vanilla
  • 3 ½ cup. Powdered Sugar
  • ½ cup. Cocoa Powder Unsweetened

  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl, and mix until well combined and fluffy.
