Chicken Stuffing Bake

This is the perfect recipe to make if you’re a chicken fan. It’s rich, filling, savory, and easy to prepare as well. The stuffing adds flavor and texture while the soup and broth add even more flavor and turn into a beautiful creamy sauce for the chicken.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ C. Milk
  • 2 lbs. Boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 Boxes of Stove Top chicken flavored stuffing
  • 2 Cans Cream of chicken soup.
  • 1 ½ C. Chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the bottom of a well greased 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Stir together the milk and cream of chicken soups in a bowl, and add to the baking dish over the chicken.
  4. Layer the stuffing into the baking dish.
  5. Carefully pour the broth over the stuffing, trying to cover as much of it as you can.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes covered in aluminum foil.
  7. Remove, and allow to sit for 10 minutes before you serve.
