Method
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Rice the cauliflower in a food processor or blender, and cook for 6 minutes in the microwave.
- Add the cooked cauliflower rice and the other ingredients for the crust to a mixing bowl, and beat until combined.
- Press the cauliflower dough into a thin circular shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until a bit browned and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, add your favorite sauce and toppings, and then cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until browned to your liking.
