Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Ingredients
  

  • 2 C. Riced cauliflower
  • 1 Large egg
  • ½ tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • C. Parmesan cheese grated
  • Desired pizza sauce and toppings

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Rice the cauliflower in a food processor or blender, and cook for 6 minutes in the microwave.
  3. Add the cooked cauliflower rice and the other ingredients for the crust to a mixing bowl, and beat until combined.
  4. Press the cauliflower dough into a thin circular shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until a bit browned and cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven, add your favorite sauce and toppings, and then cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until browned to your liking.
