Ingredients

8 ounces canned pineapple tidbits in juice
1 3½-ounce box instant butterscotch pudding mix
½ cup mini marshmallows
2 cups peeled cored, chopped Granny Smith apples
1½ cups thawed whipped topping
½ cup chopped roasted peanuts

Method

Stir the pineapple tidbits (including the juice) with the pudding mix until no lumps remain.
Next, stir in the apples, marshmallow and nuts.
Fold in the whipped topping, then cover and chill until ready to serve.
