Method
- Prepare the biscuits according to the instructions on the package.
- Add the ground sausage to a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
- Saute the sausage until browned completely, but do not drain the grease.
- Stir in the butter and flour.
- Saute for 1 minute.
- Whisk in the milk.
- Stir in the garlic powder, salt and pepper, and simmer until the gravy has thickened.
- Serve over the buttermilk biscuits.
