Method
- Blend together the cream cheese, brown sugar and butter until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs.
- Stir in the blueberry muffin mix until well combined.
- Add the chocolate chips to the batter and fold in well.
- Chill the batter for 1 hour.
- Heat the oven to 325, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it well.
- Drop the batter by the spoonful onto the baking sheet, and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Let the cookies cool before serving.
