Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 2 tsp. Olive Oil
  • 8 cup Cauliflower Florets
  • ½ cup Onion Chopped
  • 3 tbsp. Flour
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 cup Fat Free Milk
  • 2 cup Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste

Method
 

  1. Steam the cauliflower until it is a crisp tender and then preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Add the butter and olive oil to a skillet over medium heat, and saute the onions until tender.
  3. Mix in the flour, and saute another minute.
  4. Stir in the garlic powder, and slowly add the milk a little at a time.
  5. Saute until the sauce has thickened, and then stir in the cheese until melted.
  6. Mix in the steamed cauliflower.
  7. Add the mixture to a well greased 9x13 baking dish, and bake for 20 minutes.
