Method
- Steam the cauliflower until it is a crisp tender and then preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Add the butter and olive oil to a skillet over medium heat, and saute the onions until tender.
- Mix in the flour, and saute another minute.
- Stir in the garlic powder, and slowly add the milk a little at a time.
- Saute until the sauce has thickened, and then stir in the cheese until melted.
- Mix in the steamed cauliflower.
- Add the mixture to a well greased 9x13 baking dish, and bake for 20 minutes.
