Baileys Chocolate Mint Pudding Parfaites

These cute little minty chocolate parfaits blend the wonderful taste of mint with the perfect flavor of chocolate and then you have whipped cream layered in there as well, making these an indulgent and flavor-packed dessert option.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tablespoons Crème de Menthe liqueur
  • 1 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur
  • 1 small 3½-ounce box chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups Cool Whip
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons hot fudge topping
  • 12 crushed mint Oreos

Method
 

  1. Whisk the pudding mix with the milk and Bailey’s for 2 minutes, then let it stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the Crème de Menthe and Cool Whip in another bowl.
  3. Drizzle the fudge sauce inside 6 parfait glasses.
  4. Transfer the pudding mixture into one piping bag and the Cool Whip mixture into another.
  5. Fit nozzles and then pipe the mixtures, alternating between the two, into the parfait glasses.
  6. Finish off with the Oreo crumbles.
