Method
- Whisk the pudding mix with the milk and Bailey’s for 2 minutes, then let it stand for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the Crème de Menthe and Cool Whip in another bowl.
- Drizzle the fudge sauce inside 6 parfait glasses.
- Transfer the pudding mixture into one piping bag and the Cool Whip mixture into another.
- Fit nozzles and then pipe the mixtures, alternating between the two, into the parfait glasses.
- Finish off with the Oreo crumbles.
