5 Ingredient Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls

Who doesn’t love a super-simple recipe that tastes incredible? Everyone is going to be impressed with these wonderful blueberry cheesecake rolls, and you can put your own stamp on them by changing the type of fruit or even mixing and matching more than one kind.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ Tbsp. Powdered sugar
  • 3 oz. Cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz. Tube of crescent roll dough
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla
  • C. Fresh blueberries

Method
 

  1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Lay the crescent roll dough out on a lightly floured surface, and separate into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture at the widest end of each triangle of dough.
  5. Add a layer of fresh blueberries on top.
  6. Carefully roll the crescents closed up and over the filling.
  7. Place the crescents onto a well greased baking sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes.
