Ingredients
  

  • 5 Italian sausages
  • 5 Mozzarella cheese sticks
  • Low carb marinara sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Use a knife to cut down the center of each Italian sausage. Do not cut all of the way through the whole sausage.
  • Place a cheese stick into the hole in each Italian sausage, and try to fold the sausage back over it as much as possible.
  • Place 1 ΒΌ cups of low carb marinara sauce into the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Layer the stuffed sausages on top of the sauce.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the sausages are cooked through and the cheese has melted.
  • Serve over a bed of salad, or with your favorite keto-friendly noodle substitute.
