Look for varieties with 0 carbs and no added sugar

Ricotta

c.
Mozzarella
1
tsp.
Italian seasoning
½
tsp.
Garlic powder

Spinach

Olive oil
Instructions
Heat up the oven on the broil function.
Heat 1 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until just wilted.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta and mozzarella cheese.
Add in the garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Mix in the cooked spinach. Stir until all of the ingredients are combined.
On a counter, lay out two pieces of deli ham overlapping each other.
Place a spoonful of the filling mixture onto the ham slices.
Roll the ham around the filling forming it into a little stuffed ham rollup.
Place the roll-ups in a single layer within a baking dish.
Cook the ham rollups under the broiler for 5 minutes, or until the tops are browned and the insides are melted.
