Snickerdoodle Cobbler

If you love snickerdoodle cookies and you’re also partial to cobbler recipes, this recipe combines the best of both worlds. It’s so easy to prepare and boasts such incredible flavors.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package snickerdoodle cookie mix plus the 1 egg and ½ cup butter listed on the packaging
  • 3 tablespoons caramel topping
  • 1 can apple pie filling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Combine the cookie mix with the egg and butter.
  • Grease an 8-inch square baking pan and put half the dough in there.
  • Sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar that came with the cookie mix on top, then add the apple pie filling.
  • Add spoonfuls of the remaining dough on top then sprinkle over the remaining cinnamon sugar.
  • Drizzle over the caramel and bake for half an hour, before serving warm or chilled, perhaps drizzled with more caramel topping.
