Caramel Apple Fluff Salad Dessert
This is one of those quick and easy desserts you can throw together in just ten minutes, making it a great choice if you have unexpected company or if you want something sweet but you aren’t in the mood to cook.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces canned pineapple tidbits in juice
- 1 3½-ounce box instant butterscotch pudding mix
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
- 2 cups peeled cored, chopped Granny Smith apples
- 1½ cups thawed whipped topping
- ½ cup chopped roasted peanuts
Instructions
- Stir the pineapple tidbits (including the juice) with the pudding mix until no lumps remain.
- Next, stir in the apples, marshmallow and nuts.
- Fold in the whipped topping, then cover and chill until ready to serve.
