Beat the butter with the peanut butter, white sugar, and salt.
Beat in the powdered sugar, bit by bit, until you have a soft dough.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Roll ½ tablespoon of the peanut mixture into a ball.
Press a pretzel into each side to make a sandwich that’s about ½-inch thick.
Repeat with the remaining filling and the remaining pretzels.
Put them on the sheet pan and freeze for 30 minutes.
Microwave the dark chocolate chips for 15 seconds, then stir and repeat until melted.
Dip the pretzel sandwiches in the melted chocolate and put them back on the parchment paper.
You can sprinkle over a little sea salt too if you want.
Freeze for 15 minutes or until set, then serve.
